Underwrite.com is a service operated by [Stand Protect, Inc.] (“Stand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with the Underwrite.com platform, websites, and related services (the “Service”).

Where a broker submits information about their client, the broker is generally responsible to that client for how the information is collected and used; we process that information to provide the Service on the broker’s behalf and as described here.

Depending on how you interact with the Service, we may collect:

• •Account and contact information - name, business email, phone, brokerage or agency name, license information, and authentication details.
• •Insured and property information - information you submit about applicants, insureds, homeowners, and properties, including addresses, property characteristics, coverage details, and uploaded documents such as policies, quotes, and applications.
• •Enrichment and hazard data - property, valuation, and risk data associated with a submitted property (see § 4 on sources).
• •Usage and device information - log data, IP address, device and browser information, and how you interact with the Service.
• •Communications - messages, support requests, and related records.

We collect information from: (a) you, when you register, submit data, or communicate with us; (b) brokers, who submit information about their clients and properties; (c) third-party data providers and public sources, from which we obtain property, valuation, hazard, and related enrichment data; and (d) automatically, through your use of the Service.

Some property and enrichment data is obtained through data subscriptions held by Stand and made available to the Service. This data is licensed for use within the Service subject to the applicable provider terms. We may use aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify any individual for analytics and product improvement.

We share personal information with:

• •Data providers as necessary to obtain enrichment data or comply with their licensing terms.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal, regulatory, and data-provider obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
